Colourful curtains / blinds
Gone are the days of plain curtains and blinds in monotones. Try to play with colours to add some jazz to your rooms. A trendy red curtain teamed with a white sheer would be lovely!
Candles in vases
Have some old vases lying around? Put some tea light candles in them and light them when guests come over for a lively glow!
Scatter flowers
Identify some corners in the main rooms and scatter flowers around them. This will add some fragrance and also make the home feel cosy!
