- Stenographer: 10th passed or its equivalent and 80 wpm speed in English shorthand and 45 wpm in English typewriting
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 12th pass and typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th or equivalent
